Caroline is quite magical. She is very calm and her voice soothing. I have practiced vinyasa, yin, and meditation with Caroline. Everything she speaks and writes is poetic and lyrical. She inspires me and helps me to be more mindful! I love her!

“You could dance all night, wake up slow, meander from your campsite to a workshop, and drop into a space curated for depth and release to be gently accessible, before rising up in energy again once the sun set for that day,” says Caroline Ann, who led a yin yoga class on the first day of the festival, also the Summer Solstice and International Day of Yoga.

I took Caroline’s classes when she offered them in the summer in our hometown. She has this presence about her where you walked onto her front porch (to this day my favorite place I’ve ever practiced) and were immediately put at ease. Her soothing voice and engaging sequences led me to cultivate my love for yoga. She is an extraordinary human and a talented yogi. She is thoughtful in every movement she teaches and encourages her students to work at their own pace but also giving them the ability to challenge themselves. Her classes have led me to bring this practice into my life and I am so grateful for her encouragement.

Caroline’s classes are beautifully sequenced and always carry such depth to them. Her style of teaching is poetic and mindful, giving students the space to really take from the class exactly what they need.
